SHIPPING IN GREECE
For shipping within Greece the cost is adjusted depending on the region (within Attica 4€, for the rest of Greece 5€)
For orders over 70€ shipping is free.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The items are sent as registered with ELTA, while the charge is formed accordingly, before the finalization of your order.
DELIVERY
The delivery of the orders is done with ELTA Courier, or another cooperating company, within 1-3 working days if the products are immediately available. If it is an island destination and inaccessible areas, the time can reach up to 4-5 working days.Delivery in Europe is made within 4-6 working days while in other countries abroad it reaches 7-10 working days.
PAYMENT METHODS
1. Credit Card: You can make your purchases with debit, credit and prepaid cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.
2. With the electronic wallet Masterpass: Secure Transactions All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment plattform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer-SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.It is noted that Myrto Dimitriou does not collect or store your card details in any way.
3. Paypal: Immediate use of the secure payment system (www.paypal.com). You may not have a Paypal account and use your credit card directly via Paypal.
4. Bank Transfer: In order to pay via bank transfer you need to finalize your online order without payment. You order will be on hold and will be only completed (which means processed and delivered between 1 to 10 working days), upon receipt of full payment in the bank account below. A useful tip to expedite the process would be to note in the comments area “E-shop payment and the name in which the order was made”.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. To complete the return or exchange, all products should be in excellent condition and in no other state beyond their original. Returning goods should be carefully packed to avoid possible damages during shipping process.
Returns/exchanges are free of charge within Greece only when ELTA COURIER is used and only for one return. In case sender wishes to use another courier company, the sender will be responsible for such costs.
If your order has been sent abroad return fees should be paid by sender.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for special orders. Returns are accepted at the price of purchase and with a valid sales receipt.
In case of Return, the amount will be refunded to your bank account. Refunds are provided only when the returned good/s are accompanied by the receipt of purchase.
Kindly note that:
1) Refunds require a period of 5 working days, starting once the returned good/s have been delivered back to the e-shop.
2) 1st bank account holder must be the customer in whose name the order was carried out
Please note that we do not accept returns for seasonal products and no refunds are available for seasonal products.
